1. The contract between us
We must receive payment within 30 days of any invoice agreed between us. We may grant you access to our services prior to payment as long as you provide us with a purchase order number (or confirmation in writing of your commitment to make the payment).
We will confirm your order and issue you with an invoice in order for payment to be made. Once you have confirmed your order we will provide access to any information and training agreed and this brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
All materials provided in the programme are our copyright as detailed on information provided. You are free to use the materials in any way that supports the learning in your business, including using parts of them or adapting them to your needs. However, if you amend or change any materials, these will remain under our copyright and you cannot claim them as your own or distribute them, whether privately or commercially, without permission.
You must not share, circulate or upload any of these materials with anyone outside your business, unless with our permission. It is your responsibility to ensure all employees who use our materials and services are aware of and abide by this requirement.
3. Accuracy of content
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that information quoted is correct at the time of publishing.
4. Damage to your computer
We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available, for example virus protection and firewalls, to use the website.
5. Pricing & Delivery
Products and services are priced as shown on the website (where applicable) and through any other offers we may make from time to time.
6. Payment Terms
We will invoice you for payment for the programme on receipt of your order and as already stated above this should be paid within 30 days. If it is not possible for us to obtain full payment for the programme then we can cancel the contract and suspend any further use of training, resources and material within your business. This does not affect any other rights we may have. We do not share any customer details with any 3rd parties.
7. Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
You will need to provide us with your e-mail address, business address and phone number and you will be notified by email to confirm receipt of your order and your payment, once made.
All notices to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at 440, Outwood Common Road, Billericay, Essex, CM11 1ET. All notices from us to you will be through direct contact.
9. Changes to legal notices
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them whenever you visit the site or transact with us.
10. Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
